India's Sibi George has called for concerted global efforts to combat terrorism at the BRICS Counter Terrorism Working Group meeting in Delhi.

George, the country's secretary for the Ministry of External Affairs, emphasized the need for a robust collaborative approach to tackle evolving terror funding mechanisms, radicalization, and the use of new technologies for terrorist purposes.

He also stressed the importance of strengthening the global counter-terrorism architecture through active, comprehensive, and sustained international cooperation.

George reaffirmed India's commitment to deepening cooperation with BRICS member countries to achieve a terror-free world.
