External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar visited Belgium to meet EU leaders, marking his first foreign visit since the Israel-US war against Iran. He will participate in the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting and hold talks with EU leaders and counterparts from Belgium and other EU member states.
The visit comes after the India-EU Summit in January, where both sides concluded negotiations on a free trade deal. Jaishankar also spoke to UAE and Saudi Arabia's foreign ministers to discuss the West Asia conflict, which affects 10 million Indians living in the region.
