The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested the chairman of the Al-Falah group, accusing the university of misrepresenting itself as NAAC-accredited and falsely claiming eligibility under the UGC Act. As the investigation continues, the NMC has promised to prioritize the education of students already enrolled in the university.
