Telangana Leader Kavitha Served Liquor Fraud Summons by CBI

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has issued summons to Telangana Jagruthi president Kalvakuntla Kavitha in connection with the alleged Delhi liquor fraud.

Kavitha, daughter of former chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, was asked to appear before the Delhi high court on March 16.

A CBI team served the summons at her residence in Banjara Hills, handing them to her husband Anil Kumar as she was unwell.

The CBI also served notices on several others, including businessmen and a Telugu Desam Party MP.
