Tom Brady is set to make a spectacular return to televised football, teaming up with Jalen Hurts, Jayden Daniels, and other stars in the Fanatics Flag Football Classic at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.
The event will follow modified Olympic-style flag football rules, which will be used as a preview for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
The game will be played on a 50-yard long x 25-yard wide field with 10-yard end zones, featuring 5-on-5 non-contact gameplay where defenders pull flags to stop plays.
The game will consist of two 15-minute halves with a running clock, and drives will start at the 5-yard line with four downs to reach midfield and four more to score a touchdown.
Quarterbacks will have 7 seconds to release the ball after the snap, and scoring will be limited to touchdowns worth 6 points, with no extra points or field goals.
The top two teams will advance to the championship game after competing in a round-robin format, with Team USA Football, captained by Jalen Hurts and Tom Brady, facing off against the Wildcats FFC, captained by Jayden Daniels and Joe Burrow.
The event will be broadcast on Fox Sports and streamed on various platforms, with the exact channels varying by region.
While there is no official prize money announced for the event, a similar tournament, the Fanatics Games, will be held in July with a $2 million total prize pool.
