The game saw an early surge by Princeton, with Belker scoring 10 points in the first quarter to give the team a 26-20 lead. In the third quarter, Princeton extended their lead with three 3-pointers from Nweke, Belker, and Chea, taking a 67-45 lead. Although Temple closed the gap with a strong finish, Princeton's lead remained intact, securing their 10th consecutive victory. The win has set the stage for Princeton's upcoming Ivy League opener against Pennsylvania on January 3, while Temple gears up for their American Conference opener against UTSA on the same day.
