The outage began on Wednesday at 9:00 am PST (12:00 pm ET) and is expected to be resolved by 2:00 pm ET today. Google apologized for the disruption and advised that there is no workaround for the 'ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR' issue currently affecting some users.
