Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine's Florida residence was the target of a brazen armed break-in on Sunday night. According to reports, four masked men stormed into the home, armed with handguns, in search of cash and car keys. The rapper's 60-year-old mother was alone in the house at the time and was reportedly held at gunpoint outside while the suspects ransacked the property. The incident unfolded while 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was live-streaming with YouTuber Jack Doherty. Police arrived on the scene and launched a search of the property, aided by a K-9 unit, but were unable to locate the suspects. It is believed that the intruders may have fled the scene in a vehicle before authorities arrived. Hernandez's recent history of run-ins with the law has raised concerns for his safety. In July, he pleaded guilty to a drug possession charge, a violation of his supervised release tied to a prior federal prison sentence for racketeering and conspiracy offenses. This is not the first time 6ix9ine's home has been targeted. In March, his Miami home was raided, and police discovered cocaine and ecstasy in a bedroom cabinet. He later pleaded guilty and reached a deal with prosecutors to drop two of the charges related to that incident. The latest incident has sparked concerns for the safety of 6ix9ine and his loved ones. The police investigation is ongoing, and authorities are working to identify the suspects and bring them to justice.
