The franchise owner, Lindsay Wallin, expressed her admiration for Singh's dedication and commitment to the company. She recalled how Singh started working in the kitchen of one of the restaurants shortly after moving to the US from India in the 1980s. Over the years, he rose through the ranks to supervise four of the nine restaurants, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues.
