According to the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), Mosier was a steadfast AONL member who inspired countless nurses with her vision, leadership, and dedication. Mosier's illustrious career with HCA Healthcare spanned over two decades, starting as a medical-surgical nurse at Frankfort Regional Medical Centre in Kentucky in 1996.
