A stolen vehicle was tracked to the area near the university, prompting a large police presence and a shelter-in-place alert for students. However, the suspects were apprehended shortly after, and the university lifted the lockdown, stating that there was no longer a threat on campus. The suspects abandoned the vehicle near the university before being apprehended in the surrounding area.
