A shocking arrest in Delaware has left authorities stunned, as a 25-year-old Pakistani immigrant and former University of Delaware student was taken into custody with a cache of guns, ammunition, and a disturbing manifesto detailing plans for a mass shooting on campus. Luqman Khan, a US citizen, was arrested on November 24 after police found him in his pickup truck in a park, acting suspiciously. A search of his vehicle uncovered a Glock pistol, numerous loaded ammunition magazines, and body armor plates, as well as a notebook containing handwritten notes outlining the plot to shoot up the campus. The manifesto, which included phrases such as "kill all" and "martyrdom," also detailed how to evade law enforcement after the planned attack. Police described the plan as a "premeditated assault" and noted the use of "warfare techniques.
