A massive server outage hit Psyonix's popular car soccer game Rocket League on Tuesday, leaving thousands of US players unable to access the game. According to Down Detector, a platform that tracks user reports of outages, more than 8,300 users in the US reported issues with the game, with 85% of those complaints citing server problems. The outage lasted for over an hour, starting at 8:46 p.m. ET and ending at 10:16 p.m. ET. The outage map, also provided by Down Detector, showed that users in major US cities, including Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, New York, and Washington, were affected. However, as of the latest update, Rocket League servers appear to be fully functional, and users report no ongoing outages. The exact cause of the outage remains unclear, but it's reassuring to know that the issue has been resolved.
