In the aftermath of the devastating mass shooting at a Stockton birthday party that left four dead and 11 injured, authorities have arrested two individuals, Luciano Guerrero and Billy Williams, for parole violations. However, they are not considered suspects in the shooting itself. The investigation is ongoing, but officials believe multiple shooters were involved in the attack. Guerrero and Williams were taken into custody due to their presence at the crime scene while on parole, which is a parole violation. They appeared in court on Thursday. Guerrero, who performs as Nano from the group 'Muddy Boyz,' was sentenced to two years in prison in 2023 for carrying a loaded firearm in public while being an active gang member and evading a police officer while driving recklessly. His bail was increased from $250,000 to $500,000. Williams, who performs as Fly Boy Dougy, has a history of felony charges, including domestic violence and child cruelty. His sister hosted the party where the shooting occurred. The judge noted that Guerrero's parole officer requested he serve 180 days in jail, with his next court date set for December 11. Williams' next court appearance is scheduled for December 8. The investigation into the shooting is ongoing, with no suspect named or arrested yet.
