Downdetector, a site that tracks outages, noted that 70% of users experienced problems with their television services. The outage affected several major cities, including San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, and New York. Users took to social media to express their frustration, with many missing out on the Sunday NFL games due to the service disruption. 'I live in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and Comcast has been going on and off for the last half hour,' one user wrote. 'I suggest you fix this before it starts otherwise you're gonna have a lot of pissed off people.' Another user in Pittsburgh reported similar issues, saying, 'The channels keep freezing up every 10 seconds. What is going on? Trying to watch a damn football game.' Xfinity Support has yet to issue an official statement on the matter, leaving users to continue struggling with the service disruption.
