Wack 100 and Clavicular are in talks to open a streamer-first nightclub in Miami, where streamers can live stream without concealment. The club aims to cater to streamers who have been banned from other nightclubs due to prohibited streaming activities.

Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, has a history of run-ins with the law, including a recent arrest for misdemeanor battery and mal intentions. He also has an active warrant for his arrest in connection with a 19-year-old woman in Kissimmee, Florida.

Additionally, Clavicular faced temporary bans from Kick after allegedly shooting an alligator corpse during a livestream, which is under investigation by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
