Veteran actor Rakesh Bedi is making waves on the internet with a heartwarming video that captures his encounter with traffic police officers. The video shows Rakesh getting recognised by the officers for his role in Dhurandhar, where he instantly slips into his trademark comic timing and jokes, "Ab challan mat kaat dena," leaving everyone amused.

The unexpected star-struck moment was captured on camera during the filming of The Bombay Journey, a YouTube show. The video shows the officers breaking into smiles as soon as they spot Rakesh, and what could have been a routine stop soon turns into an impromptu fan interaction.

The officers shower praise on his performance in Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar, with one of them even sharing that he had watched the film in a theatre and enjoyed it. The officer also shares that he had seen Tiranga, in which Rakesh was seen alongside Nana Patekar, and recalled his performances with Salman Khan as well.

Making the conversation more fun, Rakesh jokingly says, "Abhi mere gadi ka challan mat kaat dena (Don't fine me now)" Following this, the officer bursts into laughter.

The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, also stars Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, and Akshaye Khanna. Rakesh will next be seen in Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, a romantic comedy helmed by David Dhawan, which is scheduled to release in theatres on June 5.
