Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised India's unique relationship with Israel, describing it as 'absolutely crazy love' despite global efforts to delegitimise the Jewish state.
Speaking at a leadership programme in the Jordan Valley, Netanyahu cited India as a key example of Israel's expanding international partnerships, highlighting the strong bilateral relationship between the two nations.
India and Israel maintain strong ties across various domains, including defence, agriculture, water management, health, entrepreneurship, security, emerging technologies, cyber, and more.
Netanyahu also mentioned his personal bond with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who made a state visit to Israel in February this year, and reaffirmed their shared vision for a robust special strategic partnership rooted in mutual aspirations for peace, security, and prosperity.
The leaders acknowledged that Indian and Israeli capabilities complement each other perfectly, with Israel being a global powerhouse of technology and innovation, and India serving as a hub of talent, manufacturing excellence, and entrepreneurial energy.
