Loud explosions were heard in downtown Dubai amid Iran's continued targeting of countries in the Gulf, news agency AFP reported on Thursday.
The development came a day after two drones hit near the Dubai airport, home to the long-haul carrier Emirates and the world's busiest for international travel.
