Tulsi Gabbard resigned as Director of National Intelligence after her husband's rare bone cancer diagnosis. In her resignation letter, she thanked President Trump for the opportunity to lead the intelligence community.
However, right-wing influencer Laura Loomer celebrated her resignation, accusing Gabbard of mishandling intelligence operations and clashing with CIA Director John Ratcliffe.
Loomer claimed that some Trump allies had privately nicknamed the DNI office 'Do Not Invite' due to Gabbard's alleged sabotage of President Trump and the CIA.
Gabbard's final day leading the Office of the Director of National Intelligence is expected to be June 30, 2026.
