Hon’ble Vice President of India, Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan, arrived in Imphal today at Bir Tikendrajit International Airport as part of his visit to Manipur. His arrival marked an important occasion for the state and was met with a warm and dignified welcome from senior state officials and dignitaries.
Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand, Governor Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla, and other distinguished dignitaries were present at the airport to receive the Vice President. The leaders welcomed Shri Radhakrishnan and conveyed their greetings on his arrival in the state.
A ceremonial Guard of Honour was also accorded to the Vice President at the airport by the security personnel, reflecting the importance of his visit and the high constitutional office he holds.
