The highest priority in our government's agenda has consistently been the enhancement of our healthcare system across all levels. In line with our ongoing endeavors, the rapid establishment of Agartala Government Dental College stands as a significant achievement. Now, it is incumbent upon us to ensure the enduring excellence of this institution.
CM had the privilege of addressing the inaugural session of a comprehensive two-day state-level training program for Dental Surgeons. This program has been orchestrated through the collaborative efforts of the National Oral Health Programme and the National Health Mission, both entities operating within Tripura. Additionally, the Indian Dental Association, Tripura State Branch, has also played a pivotal role in this initiative. The event took place at the esteemed Pragna Bhavan in Agartala.
During my address, I emphasized the critical role that dental healthcare plays in our overall health system. The establishment of Agartala Government Dental College signifies a commendable stride towards bolstering this crucial aspect of our healthcare. However, our task now is to not only maintain but also elevate the standards set by this institution.
I would like to commend the collaborative efforts that have brought this training program to fruition. The combined endeavors of the National Oral Health Programme, the National Health Mission, and the Indian Dental Association, Tripura State Branch, highlight the dedication and determination to enhance dental healthcare in our region.
