Uniting Jamatia Youth: 11th Freshers Meet 2024 a Resounding Success
The Jamatia Hoda Student Association (JHSA) hosted the 11th Jamatia Freshers Meet at Debbari S.B School Ground Hakwchak Kami on November 17, 2024. This year's theme, 'Swrwngdi Rwngdi Chubadi', brought together 115 new freshers and 207 old freshers. Bisakha Jamatia and Kwthar Jamatia were crowned Miss and Mr. Freshers, respectively.
The event was inaugurated by Bipra Kumar Jamatia and Manindra Mohan Jamatia, with Purna Chandra Jamatia, Chief Executive Member of TTAADC, as the chief guest. Other distinguished Special guests included Ram Pada Jamatia, MLA, Bg. CK Jamatia, IAS CEO TTAADC, and Ananda Hari Jamatia, Director of Kokborok and OML.
The program aimed to unite Jamatia students, honor college and university achievers, and encourage further studies. By fostering community bonds and recognizing youth potential, JHSA is paving the way for a brighter future. The event also featured Guest of Honour Purabi Jamatia, Judicial Magistrate, Khowai, and esteemed guests Pulindra Kumar Jamatia and Padma Lila Jamatia from Okra Naikolphang.
