Actor Ahaan Panday is set to reunite with filmmaker Mohit Suri for an upcoming romantic drama, following the success of their previous collaboration, Saiyaara.
According to Variety India, Ahaan will headline Mohit Suri's next romantic drama for Yash Raj Films (YRF), with the film expected to go on floors by the end of this year.
Mohit Suri finished writing the plot for his new film, but had to make changes after the initial actor he had in mind didn't work out. Aditya Chopra suggested he make another rom-com with Ahaan, who is currently shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar's action romance.
Saiyaara, which was released in July last year, became a phenomenon and grossed ₹577 crore worldwide, becoming the second-highest-grossing Indian film of 2025 and the highest-grossing romantic film in Indian cinema history.
