Bollywood actor Akshaye Khanna has been dominating headlines for his critically acclaimed performance in Dhurandhar, but away from the public eye. Arshad Warsi, who collaborated with Akshaye in the 2009 film Short Kut, has shared his insights into the actor's personality. According to Arshad, Akshaye is a serious individual who remains untroubled by others' opinions, describing him as 'a person who lives in his own world.' Arshad, recalling his experience working with Akshaye in Short Kut, revealed that he expected more from the film but cited the inclusion of a 1.5-hour portion that he believed would be edited out as a contributing factor to its failure. When asked about collaborating with Akshaye, Arshad stated that the actor 'doesn't care about you or anyone else.' He believes Akshaye lives life on his own terms and is not concerned with public perception or PR. This description of Akshaye's personality comes at a time when the actor has been making headlines for his exit from Drishyam 3, where he was replaced by Jaideep Ahlawat after a dispute over his character's wig. Producer Kumar Mangat Pathak had sent Akshaye a legal notice, alleging unprofessional behavior. In other news, Akshaye will next be seen in Prasanth Varma's Mahakali, where he will portray Asuraguru Shukracharya. The film is part of the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU), which includes the superhero films HanuMan and Jai Hanuman. Mahakali is based on the Goddess Kali and serves as the third installment in the franchise.
