Actors Suriya and Jyotika were spotted at polling booths across Chennai on Thursday, casting their votes in the Tamil Nadu elections.
Jyotika, who was trolled during the Lok Sabha elections for her ‘voting online’ comment, seemed to rectify it during the assembly elections.
The couple, along with Suriya's brother Karthi, walked hand in hand to the polling station and waited patiently in line to cast their vote.
Jyotika was trolled in May 2024 for her comment, but it seems she has now made amends by casting her vote in person.
The couple was all smiles as they chatted with each other and with fans who spotted them.
Karthi was also seen greeting fans and clicking pictures with the police and other officials present at the polling station.
