Rahul Ravindran, an Indian actor, has defended himself and his wife, singer Chinmayi Sripaada, against trolls who accused them of being biased after a recent statement on the Ketan Agarwal-Siya Goyal case.
According to reports, Rahul received a wave of trolling for not making films on the atrocities men face, and his wife Chinmayi defended him, only to find herself in the center of the storm too.
Rahul responded to the trolls, pointing out that he had only responded because the user had accused him of making The Girlfriend with blind bias.
He also defended his wife, saying that she calls out sexual assault cases across religions and goes hard on parents who physically abuse their children, but her stance is often ignored.
Rahul released a new statement, telling the trolls that they have 'changed' his mind, and he now agrees that women are dangerous and men should beware.
He also agreed that two controversial murders of men by women every single year 'can't be ignored' and vowed to make a movie that exposes them and the poisonous mindset of Indian women at large.
