Renowned Kokborok Motion Picture Rajibe Banik Continues to Soar in Tripura's Music Scene
Rajibe Banik hailing from Tripura, embarked on his journey in the Kokborok Film Industry with the release of his album titled Sanya Nini Thani. His late uncle Tapan Banik served as his mentor and inspiration throughout his artistic career. Rajibe Banik has contributed significantly to the Kokborok music scene with numerous albums including Twmakhe Sanai Nono, Nwng Swbani, Chanduk-1,Chanduk-2 and many others.
Some of his notable works in the Kokborok music industry include Champi Ompa,Khuchuk Hasikam, Mokol ni Muktwi,Butwua Rangiya, and Surang etc. Currently he is actively engaged in creating new music and is working on projects like Duyano Mwsa Chamani among others contributing significantly to the vibrant Kokborok Music Industry.

Rajibe Banik has collaborated with various videography directors in his career including Tripura Famous Director Sarat Reang, Present TTAADC EM Kamal Kalai, Legends Nanda Kumar Debbarma, Sankar Debbarma, late. Chira Kumar Debbarma, Shyamal Debbarma, Kakali Chakma, Biswajit Biswas, and several others. His dedication and passion for Kokborok music have made him a prominent figure in the industry continuously enriching the cultural heritage of Tripura.
