An Instagram influencer Simran Bhat has accused Varun Dhawan of faking reviews for his upcoming film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai.
According to Simran, she and her friend were approached by two individuals at Rajiv Chowk Metro who asked them to review the film's first look, despite not having watched it.
Varun Dhawan responded to the claim by saying Simran was doing it for views, but she denied this and questioned why he needed to fake reviews.
Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai is directed by David Dhawan and stars Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde in lead roles.
