US Issues Urgent Warning to Americans in Middle East Amid Escalating Tensions

The US State Department has issued a 'DEPART NOW' notice to American nationals in several Middle East countries due to escalating tensions following a US-Israel joint attack on Iran.
Assistant Secretary for Consular Affairs, Mora Namdar, has called on US nationals to leave the countries listed below immediately using available commercial transportation.
The countries on the list include Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Palestine - Gaza and the occupied West Bank, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
Americans who require State Department assistance to arrange their departure can reach out to the following phone numbers: +1-202-501-4444 (from abroad) and +1-888-407-4747 (from the US and Canada).
The warning comes after US embassies in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia came under attack from Iranian drones.
The State Department had already issued a Level 4 warning for Iran, Iraq, and Lebanon, calling on American nationals to leave immediately.
