Shimla Police arrested an American citizen, Joshua Christian, for alleged indecent behavior and creating a public nuisance after videos of the incident went viral.
The videos showed Christian shouting, behaving rudely with people, and making indecent gestures at Shimla's Ridge Maidan.
Police promptly identified and arrested Christian under Section 114 of the Himachal Pradesh Police Act.
