A shocking case of family violence has come to light in Bengaluru, Karnataka, where a 28-year-old man allegedly killed his 24-year-old brother with the help of two friends. The victim, Dhanraj, had a history of violent and criminal behavior, including theft, drinking, and assaulting his parents. According to police, Dhanraj's elder brother, Shivaraj, had been subjected to harassment at home and decided to take matters into his own hands. Shivaraj, who drives a cab, allegedly planned the murder with his friends Sandeep and Prashant. They lured Dhanraj to Bengaluru on November 2, under the pretext of helping him find a job. On the day of the murder, the three men picked Dhanraj up from Bannerghatta-NICE Road in Bengaluru. Shivaraj struck Dhanraj on the neck with a machete, killing him instantly. The group then dumped Dhanraj's body along the Bannerghatta-Kaggalipura road and attempted to cover their tracks. However, CCTV footage from a nearby private company revealed the car stopping and the body being dumped, providing crucial evidence to the police. The accused were arrested, and a murder case has been filed. The trio has been sent to judicial custody. This tragic incident highlights the devastating consequences of family violence and the importance of seeking help and support when dealing with difficult situations.
