A National Investigating Agency team raided the home of retired postal official Abdul Hadi in Bihar's Saidpur village early Sunday morning, in connection with the November 10 car explosion near Delhi's Red Fort. The blast killed at least 15 people and left many injured. According to police, the NIA team searched the house for nearly five hours, leaving the family distraught and their belongings in disarray. The family denies any involvement in the blast, with Hadi stating that they are 'decent people' and are 'clueless' about the reason behind the raid. The incident has sparked concerns about the impact of such searches on innocent families, with Hadi describing it as 'torture'. The case is still under investigation, and the NIA has not commented on the specifics of their search operation.
