The counting process was secured with adequate measures, including round-the-clock CCTV surveillance and the deployment of paramilitary and Delhi Police personnel. A total of 1,800 Delhi Police personnel and 10 companies of paramilitary forces were deployed. The voter turnout for the bypolls stood at 38.51 per cent, significantly lower than the 50.47 per cent recorded in the 2022 MCD elections for 250 wards.
