In Beijing, Indian Ambassador Pradeep Kumar Rawat marked the occasion with a flag-hoisting ceremony and a thematic exhibition tracing the history of Vande Mataram in India's freedom struggle. The event was attended by diplomatic and consular corps, with guests joining in chanting patriotic slogans. India's Republic Day was also celebrated globally, with greetings from world leaders, including US President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron, who acknowledged India's democratic values and growing global influence. Domestic celebrations in New Delhi featured a grand parade showcasing India's cultural diversity and military strength, with this year's theme focusing on the 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram.
