Indian cricketer Mohammed Siraj expressed frustration on social media over the delay of his Air India Express flight from Guwahati to Hyderabad. The flight, scheduled for 7:25 pm, was delayed for four hours without any communication from the airline. In his post, Siraj described the experience as the 'worst airline experience' and warned passengers to reconsider flying with Air India Express if they cannot handle delays. The airline later responded, apologizing for the inconvenience and stating that the flight was cancelled due to unforeseen operational reasons. Air India Express assured Siraj that their team is actively assisting him with necessary arrangements and will provide regular updates. This incident comes amid a series of flight delays in India. Earlier this month, over 800 flights were delayed at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport due to a technical glitch in the Air Traffic Control system. Several major airlines were affected, leading to long queues and slower operations.
