A Delhi court has adjourned the hearing on a complaint against former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and others over alleged illegal hoardings in Dwarka in 2019. The case has been rescheduled for December 11. The complainant, Shiv Kumar Saxena, had filed a plea under the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2007, accusing the then AAP government and several politicians of defacing public property with large banners and hoardings across multiple locations in Dwarka. The court had earlier directed the police to register an FIR and investigate who was responsible for installing the hoardings. The investigating officer has been given more time to conclude the investigation, and the case is expected to be heard again on December 11.
