Delhi Driver's Daring Stunt Caught on Camera: SUV Impounded, 21-Year-Old Arrested

A dramatic video of a black SUV zigzagging on Delhi's GT Karnal Bypass Road has led to the arrest of its 21-year-old driver, Daud Ansari. The incident occurred on January 18, between 3 pm and 4 pm, when the driver was spotted putting the safety of other commuters at risk. After the video surfaced on social media, a team of Delhi Police intercepted the vehicle, which was registered in the name of Ansari's father, Musafir Ansari. The driver's license was seized, and a case was registered under provisions for rash and negligent acts endangering human life, as well as the Motor Vehicles Act for dangerous driving. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta took to social media to confirm the incident, stating that the offending vehicle has been seized and the driver has been arrested. The investigation is ongoing, and further action will be taken based on the findings of the probe.
