Delhi's Welcome Area Sees Fatal Stabbing: Probe Underway

A 30-year-old man, identified as Suraj, lost his life in a brutal stabbing incident in Delhi's Welcome area on Thursday evening. The crime took place at around 8:09 PM near the Welcome Medical Store, under the jurisdiction of the Welcome Police Station. According to officials, the police received a distress call and rushed to the scene, where they found the victim injured. Despite efforts to save him, Suraj was declared 'brought dead' at Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital. An investigation has been launched, with the forensic team collecting evidence and deploying teams to gather clues and identify the accused. The incident comes just days after a similar stabbing incident in East Delhi's Shakarpur area, where a 22-year-old man, Dev Kumar, was killed. In the Shakarpur case, police are working to identify the accused and recover the murder weapon. The motive behind both incidents is still unclear, and further investigation is ongoing. The Delhi Police have assured that they are leaving no stone unturned to bring the perpetrators to justice.
