Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron inaugurated the 'Bharat Innovates 2026' in Nice, France, a three-day innovation conclave that brings together leading startups, innovators, and venture capital funds from India, France, and several other countries.

PM Modi highlighted the special partnership between India and France, emphasizing their shared vision, connection, conviction, innovation, and inspiration.

Innovation is in India's DNA, the prime minister said, citing the country's history of innovation and its direction to the world for thousands of years.

India aims to build technology for humanity, which is trusted, inclusive, and human-centric, with the core element of its AI vision being 'AI for All.'

PM Modi stated that India has emerged as a contributor of solutions, with over 200,000 startups contributing to both the Indian and global economy.
