A self-proclaimed nun, Teena Jose, has been booked by police in Kerala for allegedly calling for a bomb attack on Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Facebook. The case was registered at the Thiruvananthapuram City Cyber Police Station on Wednesday following a complaint from a New Delhi-based lawyer. According to police officials, Jose made the comment on a post about the chief minister's participation in a local body election campaign, saying 'the world that killed a good man like former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi could do that as well.' The police are trying to trace the Facebook post and plan to interrogate Jose soon. It's worth noting that Jose was previously a member of a religious congregation, which revoked her membership in 2009 and prohibited her from wearing religious attire. Despite this, Jose had pursued a career in law, enrolling as an advocate after challenging norms that prevent religious individuals from practicing law in the Kerala High Court and Supreme Court.
