Nida Khan, a 26-year-old woman, has been labelled the mastermind behind a sexual harassment and alleged religious conversion case at a TCS-linked BPO office in Nashik.

Police arrested seven people, including Khan, who was initially believed to be absconding, but her family revealed she was at home and expecting a child.

Khan, a telecaller, denied the allegations and her family claimed she was wrongly accused.

According to her family, Khan joined the BPO in December 2021 and was not a senior staff member, contradicting police claims.

The case involves allegations of sexual harassment, religious conversion, and objectionable comments about a Hindu deity.

The controversy began with a complaint from a 23-year-old BPO employee who accused her senior colleague of sexual harassment and attempting to convert her to Islam.
