A property owned by the family of Al Falah Group chairman Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh, has been issued a notice to demolish unauthorised constructions within three days. The Mhow Cantonment Board has been pursuing this case since 1996, with multiple notifications under the Cantonments Act, 1924. The latest notice comes as the Al Falah University, run by the Al Falah Group, is under investigation in connection with the November 10 Delhi blast that killed 15 people and injured several others. The university has ties to some of the suspects linked to the blast. The property in question, house number 1371, is located in the Mukeri Mohalla area of Mhow. If the directions are not followed, the cantonment board will take action, and the costs incurred will be recovered from the concerned party. This development comes amidst the arrest of Jawad Siddiqui's brother, Hamood Ahmed Siddiqui, in connection with a financial fraud in Mhow 25 years ago. The Delhi blast prime accused, Dr Umar Un Nabi, was a student of Al Falah University, prompting investigators to examine the university's records and transactions.
