A devastating crash of an Indian Air Force (IAF) Tejas jet at the Dubai Air Show has resulted in the tragic loss of a pilot's life. Footage of the incident shows the aircraft plummeting to the ground, leaving behind a trail of smoke and flames. Reacting to the incident, retired IAF officer and defence expert Wing Commander Praful Bakshi expressed his condolences and highlighted the risks associated with fighter flying. "It's not as simple and safe as we see in textbooks," he said. "There are various factors that can contribute to mid-air failures, including engine failure, control issues, and even medical conditions that can affect pilots.
