Telangana Ignites with Vibrant Bhogi Celebrations Ahead of Sankranti Festival

Telangana kicked off the three-day Sankranti harvest festival with the celebration of Bhogi on Wednesday. The state came alive with vibrant bonfires lit early in the morning, symbolizing the renewal and abundance that the festival embodies. Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma extended his greetings to the people, highlighting the significance of Bhogi and Sankranti in the state's heritage. The Governor emphasized that these celebrations inspire noble thoughts of love, affection, and prosperity, bringing happiness and well-being to every household. In his message, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy wished that Bhogi, Sankranti, and Kanuma would bring prosperity to everyone's life, while advising people to celebrate the festivities with joy and happiness. He also appealed to everyone to uphold Telugu traditions and take necessary safety precautions during kite-flying. The state government has resolved to reach the benefits of all welfare schemes to the needy, and Revanth Reddy expressed confidence that Telangana will register remarkable growth in the Agriculture, Industry, Manufacturing, and Services sectors. The Chief Minister also reaffirmed the state's commitment to achieving the goals set in the Telangana Rising 2047 vision document.
