The Servo Masters golf tournament, one of India's longest-running golfing events, will celebrate its 25th edition from November 18-21 at the historic Digboi Golf Course in Assam. This year's event, affiliated with the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) since 2006, will feature a record-breaking prize purse of ₹1 crore, up from last year's ₹85 lakh. Over 117 professionals, including defending champion Jamal Hossain from Bangladesh, have registered for the tournament. Yuvraj Sandhu, currently leading the PGTI Order of Merit with four wins, is expected to make a strong presence at the event. With six tournaments left in the season, Sandhu is well-positioned to top the Order of Merit and secure a spot on the DP World Tour next year. The tournament is a significant milestone for IndianOil, which has maintained a long-standing commitment to the North-East region. IOCL chairman Arvindar Singh Sahney emphasized the event's importance, stating, 'The 25th IndianOil SERVO Masters Golf is a celebration of our enduring legacy with the Digboi Golf Links and our nation-first philosophy.'
