Iga Swiatek has advanced to the third round of the French Open with a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Sara Bejlek.
The four-time Roland Garros champion is seeking to reclaim the title she won three times consecutively between 2022 and 2024.
Swiatek has been preparing for the clay-court Grand Slam at Rafael Nadal's tennis academy in Mallorca, where she spent a week.
She faced a tougher challenge in the round of 64 against Abu Dhabi winner Bejlek, but ultimately broke her service problems to claim the opener.
Swiatek will meet either Jelena Ostapenko or Magda Linette in the next round.
