Thousands of Xbox users were left frustrated on Saturday, November 29, as the cloud gaming service experienced widespread outages. According to Downdetector, approximately 615 users reported issues, with many citing problems with server connections. 'THE ONE DAY MY CONTROLLER STOPS WORKING AND I NEED TO USE CLOUD GAMING TO PLAY,' one user lamented on the Downdetector page. Others expressed similar frustrations, with some reporting unhelpful responses from Xbox support staff. On social media, users took to X to express their concerns, with one user stating, 'Looks like Xbox servers are down.' They also reported encountering 403 Forbidden and 502 Bad Gateway errors when trying to access Xbox.com or Cloud Gaming websites. While Xbox has yet to issue an official update on the matter, users can try troubleshooting their own connections. A 403 Forbidden error typically indicates permission issues, while a 502 Bad Gateway error points to communication problems between web servers. Possible fixes include refreshing the page, checking the URL, clearing cache and cookies, and checking VPN or proxy settings. However, given the widespread nature of the issue, it appears that the problem lies with Xbox's servers rather than the users' connections.
