Veteran actor Anupam Kher, with a career spanning over four decades, has expressed his surprise at being excluded from roundtable interviews. In a recent conversation on the YouTube channel Unfiltered with Samdish, Kher revealed that despite his notable performances and contributions to the industry, he has never been invited to participate in these year-end discussions. Kher's comments were sparked by his recent film Tanvi The Great, which premiered at the 56th International Film Festival of India in Goa. The film, directed and produced by Kher, tells the story of a young girl's determination to join the Indian Army, inspired by her late father. Kher, who also runs an acting school, expressed his frustration, stating, 'I'm the father of acting in this industry, but I've never been called to these roundtable interviews. I've called senior editors and asked them why they're so happy talking to mediocre actors, but I've never been invited.'
