In a touching gesture, entrepreneur Bharat Takhtani, ex-husband of actor Esha Deol, attended the prayer meet for his late father-in-law, Dharmendra, in Mumbai. The veteran Bollywood actor passed away earlier this week, leaving behind a legacy of iconic films and a devoted family. On Thursday, the Deol family hosted a prayer meet, which was attended by close family and friends from the film industry. Bharat, dressed in a simple white kurta, was seen arriving at the venue and was warmly greeted by the Deol family members. Bharat and Esha, who tied the knot in 2012, have two beautiful daughters together, Radhya and Maya. Although they announced their separation in 2024 after 11 years of marriage, they have maintained a sense of respect and dignity in their personal lives. Esha, the eldest daughter of Dharmendra and Hema Malini, has also made a successful comeback in the film industry, featuring in notable projects like Rudra and Hunter. Dharmendra, a legendary actor in the history of Hindi cinema, left us on November 24, at the age of 89. He was cremated at the Pawan Hans Crematorium in the presence of family, friends, and dignitaries, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Droupadi Murmu. As the nation bids farewell to this cinematic icon, tributes continue to pour in from all corners of the country and the film industry.
